That is why every spring we invite our yogis to a completely undisturbed yoga surrounded by nature and the old farm.
Outdoor yoga takes place on our specially-built one-man yoga platforms.Indoors we live in our beautiful, newly restored rooms that exude soul from the historic building.Both our outdoor and indoor yoga rooms are two very special places to practice, and we do our utmost to give you amazing experiences - every time.OM GROW YOGAGrow Yoga studio is one of North Zealands large yoga studios and lives at Gammel Strandvej 22C, 2990 Nivå in the old breeding farm at Nivågaard.
